Nursing your baby along with pumping as much as possible will allow you to empty your breast.· Make sure your breasts are empty! · Massage the breast and apply warm or cold compresses. Clogged Ducts· Warm compresses.· Massage the breast.· Warm shower.· Plenty of rest.· NURSE and Pump.Thrush· See your doctor for antifungal medication.
